The information we handle depends on the features you use, the services enabled and your privacy choices.

1. Information we collect

We may collect or receive the following types of information:

Short-drama viewing does not require access to your contacts, camera, microphone or personal media library. If an additional feature needs a device permission, we will explain the request and obtain permission where required.

2. How we use information

We use information to provide content and app features, remember preferences, maintain and improve the service, respond to support requests, and protect against misuse. Where enabled, information also supports advertising, app measurement and notifications.

We process information on an appropriate legal basis where required, such as providing a requested service, your consent, legal obligations, or legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service. Optional processing that requires consent begins only after that consent is obtained.

3. Advertising and service providers

We work with providers that support content delivery, hosting, advertising, analytics, notifications and app operation. We share relevant information with them for these purposes, subject to applicable requirements and your privacy choices.

Advertising services may include Google AdMob, Pangle, Mintegral (MTG), Moloco, Vungle (Liftoff), Digital Turbine (DT / Fyber) and AppLovin, including their advertising partners. These services may process device, advertising, network and interaction information to deliver and measure ads and prevent invalid activity.

Where enabled, Google Firebase supports app settings, analytics and notifications. AppsFlyer and Meta may support app measurement and campaign attribution. These services may process relevant identifiers, app interactions and technical information. Listing a provider does not mean it is active in every version or region. Ads may be personalized, non-personalized or limited, depending on your choices and the available configuration. Non-personalized ads may still use information needed for delivery, measurement and security. Information shared for advertising may be treated as "sharing" or targeted advertising under some privacy laws; applicable choices and rights remain available.

We do not sell personal information for money. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with legal requirements, protect rights and safety, or carry out a business transfer with appropriate safeguards.

4. Your choices and rights

You can manage available privacy choices through the app and relevant device settings, including advertising and notification controls. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent. You can also clear locally saved information using available app or device controls.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your information, restrict or object to its use, or opt out of certain advertising uses. You may also contact your local data-protection authority.

Clearing local data or uninstalling the app does not automatically delete information held by our services or providers. Some information may need to be retained for legal or security reasons, as explained where required.

5. Retention, security and transfers

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service and for the purposes described in this policy, taking into account legal requirements, support needs and security. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it, subject to any required retention and the lifecycle of restricted backups.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including secure connections and access controls, to protect information. No method of transmission or storage can guarantee absolute security.

Our providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers. You can contact us for further information.

6. Children

PopMini is intended for adult users and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through PopMini, contact tcourcellebelisarda@gmail.com so we can investigate and take appropriate action, including deletion where required.

7. Third-party links

The app or its advertisements may link to third-party services. Information you provide to those services is handled under their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review those policies before sharing personal information.

8. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as our services or data practices change. The date above shows the latest revision. We will provide additional notice and obtain consent for significant changes where required.
